A Little Love, Light, and Understanding

I remember a visualization being shared with me once. Relax your mind, close your eyes. Picture an aerosol can. Maybe it looks like Aqua Net, Raid, or a can of Febreeze, but whatever your aerosol can looks like, the label should say “Love, Light, and Understanding”. See yourself in your mind standing behind your boss, and shaking that can. Make it have a rattle the way cans of spray paint use to… just for fun. Now, take that can and shove it up your boss’s ass and just spray until they are so full of love, light, and understanding that they are about to burst. Don’t you feel better now?

What is this witchcraft?

Every time I see a rage comic with “What is this witchcraft?” tacked onto it, I can’t help but roll my eyes. I know it’s not really worth getting upset about, but it is a little annoying to me. I wish I could explain why.
